
Italian Roast Pork Loin

2-3 lb. boneless pork loin roast |
1 c. Italian dressing |
1 tsp. garlic pepper |
1 tsp. Italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Pour salad dressing into resealable plastic bag; add pork, seal and refrigerate overnight.
2. Remove pork from dressing and pat dry with paper towels; discard remaining salad dressing. Sprinkle pork with seasonings and place in shallow pan.
3. Roast at 350°F. for 40 min. to 1 hr. (20 min. per pound), until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145°F. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 min. before slicing to serve.
